Thank you for shopping with When Fashion Was Fashion. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds except in the specific circumstance outlined below.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. This policy applies to all products and orders, regardless of the reason for the request.
We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before completing a purchase, including item descriptions, quantities, sizes, and shipping information.
Exception: Incorrect Item Received
The only exception to our no-return policy is if we shipped you the wrong item. If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you.
To report a wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following:
• Your order number
• A description of what you ordered versus what you received
• Photos of the incorrect item and its packaging
Upon verification, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for a return or refund:
• Change of mind or accidental orders
• Items that did not meet personal expectations
• Delayed delivery due to carrier or external factors
• Damage caused after delivery
• Items purchased in error (wrong size, color, quantity, etc.)
